PAYMENT OPTION:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
(checks are accepted in person with a valid state drivers license)

TRAINING GUARANTEED:

3 Months Retake - If you feel you haven't achieved the level of proficiency expected, you may retake the class at any time within 3 months from your initial training date.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:

Because class size is extremely limited, all cancellation/rescheduling deadlines will be strictly adhered to. Please advise us of cancellations and substitutions as soon as possible so that another student may be accommodated.

Classes: An individual who cannot attend a class for which a reservation has been made must notify our office at 770-413-7755. If cancellation is 10 days (including weekends) or more prior to a class, you will receive a 100% refund.

For a cancellation within 5 to 9 days prior to a class, you will receive a 50% refund.

All cancellation less than 5 days (including weekends) prior to the start date, no refund will be issued.

No Shows: If an individual does not attend a class and does not give notice, the individual will be assessed a 100% "no show" fee.
